What’s your return policy?
We will accept any item, unworn and still tagged, back to us within 14 days. Your order postage amount will not be refunded.
How do I return an item?
You can return any item to us for free using Royal Mail through the returns portal. You can access this through your account.
If you have not created an account and checked out as a guest you can open an account now with the same email address you used as a guest and you will have access to the portal.
How do I return something that I paid with Klarna or Clearpay?
You can follow the same return process as mentioned above on 'How do I return an item?'.
Have you received my returned item?
You can check whether we have received your return by checking the tracking of the parcel you have returned through the Royal Mail/DPD website. We can take 7-14 days from when you send back the parcel for the return to be processed.
I haven’t received my money after 7 days?
If you have received an e-mail stating we have refunded you then it can take 3-5 business days to reach your account. If you have not received your refund by this time and you have received the confirmation e-mail, then please contact your payment provider.
How much will my return cost?
Returns are free if you use our returns portal.
Can I make an exchange instead of a refund?
You can make an exchange if you wish. Please make it clear on invoice/piece of paper inside the parcel the item/colour/size you require and we will process that for you.
Can I return items I've bought with a gift card?
Yes, you can return items bought with a gift card for an exchange or refund back onto the gift card.
