We don't offer exchanges on international orders only refunds, you will have to reorder the correct item once refunded.

All orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm GMT
If you have not received your items within the stated time frame please email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org We cannot be held responsible if you report a missing/damaged parcel after 7 days as our couriers only conduct a investigation within 2 weeks of your parcel being dispatched.
We can NOT be held responsible for parcels which have been requested by the customer to be left in a safe place or changed to a different address which it was ordered under.
We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for refund. You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, and will post the items back to you.
When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.
If the instructions are unclear, a refund or gift card will be processed.
If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.
If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.
Please note: We don't offer free international returns, we do however have a hassle free returns portal that can be accessed in your customer account all you need is the email used to place your order and the unique order number, this can be found on your order confirmation email or the documents inclosed in your original packaging.
Returns can take 7-14 working days to process after we have received your item(s) please allow this time before contacting our customer support.
Boxers are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Free gifts added to your basket are none exchangeable.
When returning trainers, we can only accept undamaged items, including the original box. To return please place the trainers inside the original box and then send the box back within a suitable, robust postage bag. Please don't send the box taped up as this can potentially result in the item becoming non-refundable.
If item fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from. If you have sent back a sale item for refund, you will be issued with a gift card which will be emailed to the email address left on your order.
We don't offer exchanges, please send back your item for a refund and order your new size.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
