Please follow each step below carefully, if you fail to complete one of the steps below we cannot be held responsible for something going wrong with your return.
Locate your invoice that was packed with your order, at the bottom please follow and fill out the returns information and enclose this with your return
Lost your invoice? Please enclose a letter and state either refund or exchange and the product or size you want to exchange for.
Head over to DPD and fill out the returns form to print out your label to send it back to us.
Christmas Returns Policy 2018
Items purchased from the 1st November 2018 until the 24th of December 2018 will have an extended returns policy which will be eligible for a refund or exchange until January 7th 2019.
Like for like exchange/gift card or refunds only. All exchanges have to be the same as the original purchase value.
We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 14 days of the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.
When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.
If the instructions are unclear, a refund or gift card will be processed.
If there is no information inside your parcel we cannot guarantee that your return will be dealt with.
If you have not tracked your parcel back to ourselves we cannot accept any liability for it.
In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge. If you have a faulty item please contact us on email@example.com
Please note: DO NOT return the faulty product (on your own accord) and then request a refund of the postage, as doing this will make the return and refund invalid.
Returns can take 7-14 working days to process after we have received your item(s) please allow this time before contacting our customer support.
Boxers are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If item fits the refund criteria, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from. If you have sent back a sale item for refund, you will be issued with a gift card which will be emailed to the email address left on your order.
We will gladly exchange any items within 14 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 7-14 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
