BLACK FRIDAY INFORMATION
All orders from Black Friday weekend (25/11/16 - 01/12/16) will be sent out via DPD Express delivery. We aim for your items to be with you on the next working day, if ordered before 3pm. However, due to high volume of sales please note there may be a slight delay in processing your order. This will be no longer than 2-3 working days. You will receive all tracking updates to your email and phone number provided direct via DPD.
Please note, discounts cannot be amended or added after your order has been placed. When using your discount code please check the final amount total before proceeding with your payment.
When applying for a refund on items please note the discount applies to all items on your order. Therefore, you will be refunded for the item amount minus the 20% discount.
Emails will be answered ASAP however, due to high volume of sales there may be a slight delay in answering any email queries. This delay will be no longer than 2-3 working days.
In order to help us with this, when emailing please enclose your original order number and full name that the order was placed under. Please also check all order details before placing your order as we may not be able to amend the order after it has been placed.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 working days.
DPD Saturday Delivery: Order anytime before 3pm Friday to receive your delivery on Saturday.
Free DPD Next Working Day Delivery (over £60): Orders over £60 will receive free DPD Next Working Day Delivery *Must be ordered before 3pm*

** Christmas Returns and Exchanges **
Full price Items bought for Christmas which are returned within 28 days are eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Items which have been purchased and returned out with the 28 days are only eligible for a exchange or Gift Voucher until the 10th of January.
We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for an exchange or a refund (excluding sale items which are only eligible for an exchange) . You must return your items within 28 days of the date of purchase. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, and will post the items back to you.
When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
We also ask you to enclose the original invoice that is included in the order and any information/instructions that you wish us to complete, i.e. full refund or exchange for particular item.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. All costs of returning are customers responsibility. In the case of an exchange the items will be sent back out to you free of charge.
Returns take 7 working days to process after we have received your item(s).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 days from the date you returned the item, for any money to be returned to the account the purchase was made from.
We will gladly exchange any items within 28 days provided items are returned in saleable condition, unworn in original packaging, with tags intact. Please send them back enclosing your invoice and filling out the relevant return information on it. We will get your exchanged item sent back to your within 2-3 working days of receiving your original exchange item(s).
Please note, any discounts or promotional offers cannot be applied after your order has been placed. When using discount codes please check the final amount total before proceeding with your payment.
Please be aware when purchasing sale items, that they are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will be eligible for an exchange within 28 days where the items are unworn, and in saleable condition with tags intact.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 7 days, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
