COVID-19 - Questions and Answers
In line with current advice from the UK Government Bee Inspired are closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) as it develops. We are pleased to say all of our operations are running as normal currently and we will continue to follow advice as and when it is given. CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE AND APP?
Yes! We’re currently running as normal with both UK and international orders being accepted.
ARE YOU SHIPPING AS NORMAL?
Our couriers are currently running as normal and we are following their updates daily. We would highly recommend downloading the MyDPD App for UK orders which will allow you to track and give delivery instructions for your order. Some customers may experience minor delays but these will be communicated directly via our couriers to the email address registered to your order.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Unfortunately our customer service department are unable to amend an order once it has been placed, however UK orders which are delivered by DPD offer this service via their MyDPD app for smartphones.
At this current time our other couriers may not offer this service so make sure to take extra care when inputting your address and details when placing your order.
In the event that your delivery cannot be completed, your order will be processed by our returns department and a refund will be issued.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
Given the current situation we understand that returning an item may not be possible or safe to do so at this time, so there is no rush. We have now doubled our returns period to 60 days for orders placed on or after 24/03/20, to give everyone enough time to do so safely.
HAS BEE INSPIRED TAKEN ANY INTERNAL STEPS?
We have taken a number of necessary measures internally to protect employees and customers against contamination and to prevent spread of the virus. This involves applying government guidelines and operating business with the barest levels of human interaction possible.
In order to keep our staff safe, all departments who can work from home, have been supported in doing so when and where possible. However for those who cannot, for example warehouse and office workers, we have implemented the necessary safety protocols. These include extra attention to hygiene, split shift work and break times to support social distancing, a two-metre working rule and high alertness to symptoms. These members of staff have been issued with gloves and we are disinfecting our warehouse and office environment regularly.
Bee Inspired are operating are safely as we can, while putting in our best efforts to keep business running smoothly for our customers. We will continue to offer our team support and guidance and follow government guidelines in order to protect both our customers and our staff.
