TRSMT Giveaway - T&Cs

  1. There are no prize substitutions or cash alternatives and the prize is not transferable

  3. Giveaway only includes festival tickets, not accommodation or travel. No persons under 12 permitted. 12 – 15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult 21 and over (1 adult minimum per 4 persons aged 12-15).

  4. The promoter is: Bee Inspired Clothing Ltd whose registered office is at Bee Inspired Clothing, 211 MacLellan Street, Glasgow G41 1RR.

  5. The competition is open to anyone except employees of Bee Inspired Clothing and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  6. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  7. Route to entry for the competition is by following @beeinspiredclothing and @trsmtfest and tagging a friend in the comments section on the Bee Inspired Clothing Instagram account
  8. Entries will be accepted from 10th of August 2021

  9. Closing date for entry will be 17th August 2021 at 13:00 BST. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  10. Winner will be announced on Bee Inspired's Instagram page on 17th of August 2021.

  11. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  12. There is no limit on entries.

  13. The competition is open worldwide, however accomodation and travel is not provided.

  14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  15. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  16. The prize is as follows:

    2 x VIP weekend tickets to TRSMT festival
  17. Winners will be chosen:

  18. The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook and/or letter within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  19. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
  20. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  21. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  22. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England].
