What happens if I don’t receive my order?

Please contact within 7 days of not receiving your parcels as this ensures an investigation is opened with the courier and will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The cut off for next day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm GMT/BST.
What if I want to change my address?
It depends on the courier in each location but we will do our best to reach out to them if you email us at email@example.com with your new address. Please note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks.
